A doula is a trained professional who provides continuous physical, emotional, and informational support to a person before, during, and shortly after childbirth to help them achieve the healthiest, most satisfying experience possible.

As a doula I want to be a resource to families of color specially but all families. It’s important for everyone in the process to understand the process of birth. Every mother deserves to have the love, support, understanding, and birth they want and need.
