Lately, I have been intentional about listening to myself and listening to my body. Being more aware of emotions that arise and taking the time to observe and reflect on them. No more, shoulda, coulda, woulda... More I'm proud of how you did this, and I see the growth in you reacting this way instead your usual emotional fueled actions. When you get on a journey of connecting to your higher self you, you tend to want to push yourself past the limits you set for yourself but it's okay meet yourself where you are in this exact moment. It's okay to not workout for one day and meditate instead. It's okay to step outside of typical routine if that's where you need to be met at today.
It's also important to forgive yourself for any choices you made in the past that you aren't so proud of. Detach from the shoulda, coulda, woulda.. and live in the "I'm grateful for that experience, it contributes to the knowledge I have today." You'll get more satisfaction and more things to be grateful for, rather than more things to dwell on.
The art of detachment / letting go will ultimately contribute to being able to give yourself grace. It's necessary.
What are some ways you can be graceful with yourself today?
