That's not where I'm putting my energy.

It's been a couple months my people of me just going through life and things. However, I feel compelled to write this post due to the extensive spiritual evolution and personal journey I have embarked on. I'm at a phase in my life where I am unlearning and reteaching myself traits that have been passed down to me that do not elevate my experience here on earth. Some examples would be "Assuming, taking things personal, exploding over small things, and putting conditions on the way I receive love." This process for me is what you would call "hard" and "lonely". Hard because it's easy to revert back to established ways when its easily accessible to you. Its lonely because the people around you are used to your old ways and sometimes aren't on that level of reinvention that you're on.

I've read many books and listened to many speakers on self-development and elevation, but nothing hit me as hard as truly understanding that I have the power to construct my own reality/magnetic force field. Look into Erin Lyons on Youtube and Instagram. What I put my energy into, and sub consciously believe is what I will live in my day-to-day life. If I believe that I will get a big house after I work hard and retire then that's when it will get it. There goes myself putting conditions on the things that I believe that I deserve in this experience. Opposed to saying I want a big house in VA and in Jamicia, I will have those houses and it will be filled with love and abundance for myself and my family. You have to want more and more and be very specific about how you ask the universe to provide it to you.

This level of thinking does resonate with everyone and that is simply okay. You cannot force that on everyone, but what you can do is decided not to put your energy in places that do not serve you. I don't have to explain why, act out, or other things. I can quite simply and figuratively pick up my energy and place it back into me or elsewhere. More than likely back into me. We are energic beings and we need all the positive energy we can get.

My new saying will be "That's not where I'm putting my energy." and simply let go from there.
